Before & After School Care
BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CARE is for children in Kindergarten and School Age children. It includes breakfast, transportation, snack, help with homework, and both structured activities and free play. Each day the children have a wide variety of activities to choose from such as outside, art, group game activities, board games, puzzles, card games, toys, foosball, indoor basketball, ski-ball, air hockey, and free play. We celebrate seasons and holidays with art, special snacks, and fun games. We challenge the children with trivia questions, physical challenges, tournaments, and to express their creativity. Our teachers are there to help with homework each day. We strive to teach the children kindness and teamwork through relays, group projects, and giving to those in need. Our children have generously donated to the Dover Food Bank, the SPCA, The York Hospital Neonatal Unit, Haiti, and our troops overseas, just to name a few!
Transportation
Our 24 passenger vans transport to Dover and West York School Districts. We provide care for the following Dover Schools: Leib, Dover, Weigelstown, and North Salem. We also provide care for the following West York Schools: Wallace, Lincolnway, and Trimmer. We do provide full day care for In-service and Snow Days for all the schools at NO EXTRA CHARGE! Full day care includes breakfast AM snack, lunch, and PM snack.
Summer Camp
Our Summer Camp program is for any children who have completed Kindergarten up through School Age (12 years). Our all inclusive school age camp includes: Themes for Art/Group Activities, Reading, Clubs, Sports Clinics, Recreational Swim, Contests, Parks, Field Trips, Special Visitors, and All Meals! A few examples of our Sports are Soccer, Track & Field, Basketball, Kickball, Cheerleading, and ZUMBA! Some of our Clubs include Cooking, Photography, and Music. Absolutely grateful for what you guys do for my Daughter. We had a horrific experience at a previous daycare center and I was so scared to get my daughter into another similar situation. She loves WCC & so do I. Wonderful and friendly staff. She's learning new things all the time and all the awesome arts & crafts projects she brings home are so cool. This is a great place!
